Can you tell us about your roots, about growing up?

Raised by Sicilian and Portuguese Parents which meant the house was always loud and filled with Pasta :) Travel was also important to me and I was always on a plane.

What was your childhood / teenage dream? What did you want to become?

I am a trained dancer from the age of 5 so my life long dream was always to be a dancer or Choreographer. I was blessed to grace a number of stages for artists and performers in my early 20’s.

Any idols during the teenage period?

I adored photographers like Dave LaChapelle,

models and dancers. I was obsessed with.

When did you start with modeling? Can you recall your first photo session?

Last year actually. Modelling has been a new chapter in my life. My first shoot has to still be my favourite ! Pizza with nothing but my undies :)

Most of your photos are lingerie ones - your favorite lingerie?

Omg all is it! Probably garter sets and leather corsets

Implied nude photo art - when have you done your first implied nude photo session?

It was my first shoot and it seems to be incorporated in most of what I shoot. The body is art and it should be embraced.

How was the feeling? Reactions from people close to you?

At first not so great. I got a lot of back lash especially from family and friends. Many could not understand why I felt the need to so this so late in my career or that I’m a mom. What I say to that is ... I love what I do and creating art. I have had an amazing out pouring of fans especially women who feel what I do is motivating to the female body and women empowerment. That makes me proud.

What would be your advice to young girls who would like to start modeling career?

Don’t worry about your body or age abs do it.

Find a mentor and great photographers and get your feet wet. Practice poses and the image/genre you want to portray. And haters will hate so be prepared.

Can you give advice, to people in general, how not to be ashamed of their body? We have published curvy and plus size bikini & nude models, they have had a big problem with their confidence before they started to do modeling.
